I should have just selected hacking since I banned him because I felt he was using a 3rd party source to mess with his connection which I guess is hacking. My mistake in not putting that option. As far as I understood using a program to give yourself an unfair advantage was against the rules.

Thing is, this is nearly impossible to prove and I know as a fact that Wew always had those connection issues. Accusing him of using third party apps to exploit lag compensation is so far fetched it just seems like you want to bash the guy because you don't like him. Those fake lags cheating software you mentioned, I've both seen them in action and they do not mess with latency at all, they will just create artificial lag that is only visible to others. If you knew Wew at all, you'd know he complains about his ping all the time.

There is a lot of reasons to dislike Wew, but this is just utterly idiotic.

And this is coming from me, I practically invented complaining against laggy/high ping snipers.

You are missing the point completely, I agree that using anything to give you an advantage over other players should be banned. My point is that there is NO way you can prove that he actually did use that type of software. And why him specifically ? I can count at least 15 people that have consistent bad ping but you choose to bash on Wew.
